How does my subscription work?

It’s simple! First, pick which product you’d like to purchase in the package sizes of either 12, 24 or 48 units. Then, choose how often you’d like recurring orders to be delivered to you. You can select delivery for every 30, 60, or 90 days.

How do I access my subscription page?

You will need to log in to your Wild Planet account by clicking “Account Login” within the Support menu of your mobile device, or the profile icon on the top right of the screen on your desktop device. If you do not have an account, you will need to sign up for one using the same email address you used to purchase your subscription.

If I sign up for a subscription, will it renew automatically?

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically depending on the frequency you selected during your initial purchase. If you want to modify your subscription or your next order, log in to your Wild Planet account on our website.

How do I make changes to my ongoing subscription?

To make any changes to your subscription, log into your Wild Planet account on our website to view all upcoming subscription orders from your account portal. To view your active and paused subscriptions, navigate to the Subscriptions section and Subscriptions tab. You may then:

  • SWAP AN ITEM: Click “Manage Subscription” button, then click "Swap item" icon to select which Wild Planet product you’d like to swap in its place.
  • CHANGE FREQUENCY: Click “Manage Subscription” button, then click "Edit frequency" icon to manage how frequently you'd like to receive recurring orders. You can select delivery for every 30, 60, or 90 days.
  • CHANGE ORDER DATE: Click “Manage Subscription” button, then click “Set next date” icon and a calendar will pop up for you to select the date you’d like for your next recurring order. Once you’ve selected your desired order date, click “Confirm”.
  • EDIT PAYMENT: Click “Manage Subscription” button, then click “Edit payment” icon. You will then receive a notification to your email with a link to securely update the payment method associated with your subscription.
  • PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION: Click “Manage Subscription” button, then click “Pause” icon where you will then be asked to click “Confirm”. You will be able to resume your subscription at any time by simple clicking Resume Subscription from your Subscriptions tab and clicking “Confirm”.
  • CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION: Click “Manage Subscription” button, then click “Cancel” icon. Please select a reason for why you’d like to cancel and click “Confirm”. To effectively cancel your subscription, those changes need to be made by 11:59PM PT the day before the order is scheduled to process. For example, cancel by 11:59PM PT on a Monday if your order will process at 12AM PT on Tuesday – the next day. If you run into any trouble, email customerservice@wildplanetfoods.com and we'd be more than happy to assist you.
  • EDIT ADDRESS: You can edit the default shipping address for all of your subscriptions at once from your account portal. Once logged in, you can view your current default address under Settings and then click Change address if you’d like to make any edits.

How do I view my next order?

To view your next order, into your Wild Planet account on our website. To view your next order, navigate to the Subscriptions section and Next Order tab. You may then:

  • SEE ALL: You can see all upcoming orders associated with your subscription by clicking on “See all upcoming orders” which is located just below the “Manage Next Order” button. This will open a modal where you can take quick-actions (Skip, Gift) on certain scheduled orders, or the option to navigate into more options for a certain scheduled order.
  • SEND NOW: If you do not want to wait until your scheduled next order date, click “Manage Next Order” button, then click “Send now” icon. You will then be directed to click “Confirm”. Clicking this button means that the order will process with the next scheduled transaction run, which is scheduled for once a day. For example, if you press this button at 8PM PT on a Monday your order will process at 12AM PT on Tuesday – the next day. This only applies to your next order, it will not change your ongoing subscription date.
  • SKIP: Click “Manage Next Order” button, then click “Skip” icon. You will be directed to confirm or cancel your choice, in addition to viewing when your next scheduled order will process if you confirm to skip.
  • GIFT: If you want to send your upcoming subscription order to a friend or family, click “Manage Next Order” button, then click “Gift” icon. You will be directed to enter the recipient’s shipping information and an optional gift message (up to 160 characters). The recipient will receive an email notification with the gift message letting them know they have been gifted an order from Wild Planet, but the email will not reveal the contents of the order to the recipient—this remains a surprise!
  • SWAP ITEM: Click “Manage Next Order” button, then click "Swap item" icon to select which Wild Planet product you’d like to swap in its place.
  • DELAY DATE: Click “Manage Next Order” button, then click "Delay date" icon where you can choose to delay your order for 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or set a custom date. You will be directed to a confirm or cancel your choice, in addition to viewing when your next scheduled order will process if you confirm to delay.
  • EDIT ADDRESS: Click “Manage Next Order” button, then click "Edit address" icon to add the new address you’d like to have your next order shipped to.
  • ADD A PRODUCT: There are two options. First, you may click “Manage Next Order” button, then click "Add" button located at the end of the list of current items in your order. You will be directed to select which Wild Planet product and package size that you’d like to add to your next order. The second option is to follow the same process within the Add to your next order modal that populates within the Subscriptions section after you’ve selected the Next Order tab. Keep in mind that one-time only products are not eligible for the 10% subscription discount and they will be charged at their regular price.

How do I view my order history?

You can view all of your order history for both subscription and one-time purchases while you’re in your account portal. Once logged in, you can view your orders by year under Order History.

Will I be charged before cancelling my subscription?

No. You can cancel your subscription free of charge. Recurring orders are processed on the day of the month that you began your subscription. To effectively cancel your subscription, those changes need to be made by 11:59PM PT the day before the order is scheduled to process. For example, cancel by 11:59PM PT on a Monday if your order will process at 12AM PT on Tuesday – the next day. As long as the subscription is cancelled before the order date, there will be no charge incurred. However, if the cancellation takes place after the order has been processed, charges will be incurred for that order. How much does it cost?

You will save 10% on all subscriptions. Shipping is free.

Can I give a subscription order to a friend?

Yes! If you want to send your upcoming subscription order to a friend or family, click “Manage Next Order” button, then click “Gift” icon. You will be directed to enter the recipient’s shipping information and an optional gift message (up to 160 characters). The recipient will receive an email notification with the gift message letting them know they have been gifted an order from Wild Planet, but the email will not reveal the contents of the order to the recipient—this remains a surprise! Do I have to sign up for a subscription?

We understand that subscriptions aren't for everyone. That's why we also offer a one-time purchase option on every product. The benefit of a subscription is that you can get a 10% discount on all subscriptions. The longer you are a subscriber, the more you save. Plus, you never need to remember to reorder!

When will I be charged?

For all orders, your card will be charged when the order is processed. Subscriptions are processed on the day that they’re scheduled to recur. You can view your next scheduled order date in your account portal under the Next Order tab.

Will I get a reminder before my next subscription delivery?

Yes, you will receive a reminder email 3 days before your recurring subscription order is processed and shipped.

What should I do if I don’t see notification emails about my subscriptions?

Please check your spam, quarantine or junk folders and see whether subscription notifications may have gone there. If so, please move them to your approved sender list within your mailbox carrier to prevent them from going to spam, quarantine or junk folders moving forward. Subscription notification emails will be sent from customerservice@wildplanetfoods.com via @mg.smartrr.com.
